Booking Terms and Conditions for PawCation:

Definition – Anyone gender shall include the other two genders, and the singular shall include the plural and vice versa; and
Natural persons include created entities (corporate and unincorporated) and the state and vice versa;
Guest shall mean any person residing at the resort;

Signing Guest shall mean any such person who is at least 18 years of age, possesses the legal authority to enter into a legal agreement constituted by acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, on his own behalf and/or on behalf of the resident guests including each and every guests in the accompanying party and who accepts and/or signs this terms and conditions at the time of reservation and/or at the time of check-in at the resort.
Invitee shall mean any person who is not residing in at PAW HAVEN PVT. LTD. but has been invited by a guest to PAW HAVEN PVT. LTD

1. A non-refundable fee will be charged of Rs. 1000 per pet/ per night
2. We require a 100% payment to confirm your stay
3. Basic requirements of all pets:

• Pets must not be aggressive
• Pets must be clean
• All pets must be tick and flea free
• Must have proof of current vaccines
• Owners must clean pet waste and immediately dispose of it in designated bins/ trash cans
• Do note if your fur baby has an accident in the pool there will be a charge of rs.800

3. Pet owners will be financially responsible for any damages caused by the pet to the camp tents & pool and expenses incurred by the space for pet disturbances.

4. Safety is of utmost importance to us for you, your pet and our staff. If you as an owner are confident about leaving your dog of lead please also note that we are in a forest area and therefore there might be other village dogs that pass by, cattle and monkeys too. Owners are solely responsible for their own pets and if anything might occur to them at PAW HAVEN PVT. LTD. The establishment cannot be held responsible in any manner.

Management Stay Terms & Conditions:

Rules and Management policies: In Order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the Management requests your co-operation in observing the following as an agreement between the guest and PAW HAVEN ” (hereinafter called ‘Management’) under which rooms are permitted to be used by the guest(s) :-
1. Tariff: The tariff is for the room only and is exclusive of any government taxes applicable Meals and other services are available at extra cost. To know your room tariff, please contact the Duty Manager, guest registration forms must be signed on arrivals.
2. Settlement of Bills: Bills must be settled on presentation; personal cheques are not accepted.
3. Company’s policy In the case of default in payment of dues by a guest, the management shall have the right to contact Paw Haven Private Limited lawyers and settle it with the guests.
4. Check-in Please present your ID card, Passport or Temporary Residence Card upon Check-in. By Law, visitors must present personal documents for hotel records.
5. Departure Check out time is 10 AM, please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. Extension will be given depending on the availability. If the room is available, normal tariff will be charged. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry or period the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the Guest.
6. Luggage Storage Subject to availability of the storage space, the guest can store luggage in the luggage room, at the guest’s sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause.
7. Guest’s Belongings Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out going to bed. For the convenience of the Guest, we have locks on the trunks provided. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest’s belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or the locker or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.
8. Pets: Of course we welcome Pets, do note that there is a non-refundable charge of Rs1000 Per/pet. If you are bringing a dog/s along, make sure for your safety and your dog’s safety it is on a lead. If you have an aggressive dog do, consider a muzzle. Any damages to the Campsites and the property will have a hefty charge to it.
Cats are welcome too. Just make sure they are on a lead. While there is help, Owners must note that they are solely responsible for their pets.
9. Hazardous Goods: Bringing goods and / or storing of raw or exposed cinema films, or any other article of a combustible or hazardous nature and / or prohibited goods and / or goods of objectionable nature is prohibited. The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other guests, invitee’s visitors, agents and servants for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guests’ own negligence and non-observance of any / instructions. Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, pungent food are strictly prohibited on hotel premises.
10. Damage to Property The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
11. Management’s Rights It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise. The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.
12. Relation between Management and Guest Nothing herein above shall continue or be deemed to constitute, or create any tenancy or sub-tenancy, or any other right to interact in the hotel premises or any part of portion thereof, in favour of any Guest or resident or visitor, and the Management shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession of the whole of the hotel premises.
13. Government rules and regulations and application of laws Guest are requested to observe, abide by confirming to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and government rules and regulations in force from time to time.
14. Photographs and Video’s Using photographs and video’s taken at the hotel for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.
15. Do note that we are in a forest and do experience irregularities in the electricity, we try our best to have power at all times.
Jurisdiction: In the matter of enforcement of any rights or remedies hereunder, in pursuance of this Terms and Conditions, the Courts of Mumbai alone shall have jurisdiction.

• 7 Days Cancellation Policy: – If cancelled before 7 days prior to arrival – Free Cancellation. If cancelled or modified after or within 7 days to arrival or in case of No show: No refund
No date changes or refunds will be entertained for any stays during the Diwali (1 – 20 November), Christmas (19 – 25 Dec) and New Years (26 Dec – 1 Jan) periods
• PET’S MINIMUM AGE: 6 months or above
• Pet’s MAXIMUM AGE: 10 years for smaller breeds & 8 years for large breeds
• MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Including both pet/s & humans a maximum of 5 pax per tent in any combination. Ranging from 4 Humans: 1 Pet or 1 Pet: 4 Humans.
DISCLAIMER –
• On the completion of this booking, you will receive an electronic form to update your Pet’s records & vaccination details etc. If the pet records provided by you are not found satisfactory or complete prior to 3 days, from the arrival date of your stay @ Paw Haven, the booking would stand to be cancelled and the amount for this booking would be refunded to you within 7 working days.
• POST THE CONFIRMATION OF THIS BOOKING @ PAW HAVEN YOUR PET RECORDS WOULD BE VALIDATED AND THEN A STAY INVITE WOULD BE SENT TO YOU BY THE HOSTS @ PAW HAVEN. I hereby, have carefully read and understood the above terms & conditions for my pet’s stay, and would want to go ahead with this booking
