Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with PawHaven.
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During high-demand periods, processing may take an additional day.

You will receive an email/SMS once your order has been shipped.


2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 4-5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 6-8  business days

  • Remote / Hard-to-Reach Areas: 7–10 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier capacity, weather, festivals, or other external factors.


3. Shipping Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Cash on Delivery availability depends on courier serviceability.

A ₹50 COD handling fee is applicable on all COD orders.
This fee is shown clearly on the product page and at checkout before placing the order.


4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.


5. Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

PawHaven is not liable for delays or failed deliveries if:

  • the address is incomplete or incorrect

  • the phone number is unreachable

  • the customer does not accept the call from the courier

If a package is returned due to incorrect information, reshipping charges may apply.


6. Missed Deliveries

If the courier attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable:

  • They will attempt again

  • If failed, the order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)

Redelivery will require additional shipping charges.


7. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • courier issues

  • natural events

  • strikes

  • festivals

  • operational backlogs

However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any courier-related problems.


8. Damaged Package on Delivery

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Record a clear unboxing video

  • Do NOT throw the packaging away

  • Contact us within 48 hours at support@pawhaven.com

Claims without video evidence may be rejected as per our Return & Refund Policy.


9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
